How to make Stuffed zucchini with dill sauce 

Served : 2 per person
Preparation time 80 minutes

Ingredients :

2 larger zucchini or 4 tiny zucchini
30 dkg minced meat
30 dkg mushrooms
1 head onion
1 egg
5 dkg grated cheese
salt, ground pepper
For dill sauce:
1 small onion
1 large bunch of dill
5 dkg butter
1 tablespoon flour
5 dl milk
0.5 soup cubes (or vegeta)
salt, ground pepper, nutmeg

Method :

Wash the zucchini, cut it in half, scrape off its sponge seed with a spoon. We also salt and pepper the inside of the zucchini very lightly.

We prepare the stuffing: Fry the onion, fry it in oil, add the chopped mushrooms, minced meat, we put it in the inside of the scraped zucchini. Add salt, pepper and simmer to evaporate the juice. Cool a little and stir in the eggs. Stir thoroughly and fill with the slightly salted, peppered zucchini.

Grease a baking sheet and add the stuffed zucchini. Pour very little water under them and cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. 

Remove foil, sprinkle with grated cheese, then bake until red approx. 10-15 minutes.

For the dill sauce, let us steam the onion cut into small cubes, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of flour, fry a little and pour 5 dl of milk. Add the soup cubes or veggies and stir with a hand whisk until thickened. Season with salt and pepper and a little nutmeg if necessary, then add the chopped dill. When serving, add the dill sauce to the stuffed zucchini.
