Zucchini, dried tomato lasagne recipe

Ingredients :
1 box of bolognese lasagne
40 dkg minced pork or turkey
15 dkg grated cheese
1 small zucchini

Method :
Preparation Cut the zucchini into 1/2 cm discs, season with a little delicacy and set aside. Stir the minced meat in two tablespoons of olive oil and pour in the pre-prepared sauce as required, then approx. Boil for 5 minutes.
Dried tomatoes are cut into smaller pieces if necessary. We butter or margarine in a heat-resistant baking dish, put it in the finished sauce, add the dry pasta, then sauce again, add the zucchini, sauce follows, pasta, sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, sauce, the last layer of pasta covered with the last sauce.
At the very end, put the grated cheese on it, then bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Gas oven 4-5 stages. I used smoked cheese for this serving, but any flavored cheese can be used to taste. I wish you a good appetite !!
If a non-canned lasagna is used, we make a basil-seasoned tomato sauce and it can be made from sliced dough in the same way as canned.
