Layered zucchini with grated cheese recipe

An appetizing layered zucchini vegetable recipe, with zucchini, peppers and meat, then grilled with grated cheese on top. your taste will be hooked to enjoy it.

Serves : 6 person
Preparation time 60 minutes

Ingredients :

50 dkg minced meat
1 piece of red bell pepper
3 pcs zucchini
2 sachets of opal rice
2 tablespoons sweet peppers
garlic cream
salt pepper
sour cream
cheese on top

Method :

Wash the red bell peppers and zucchini, circle, and place in a heatproof bowl (or baking sheet). The minced meat is suddenly fried in a little oil, seasoned with salt and pepper. Add a little garlic cream to achieve the perfect taste. At the end we add 2 tablespoons of red pepper, pour 3 dl of water. And while the meat softens, in the meantime the water also evaporates and we get a very delicious thick sauce.

Once this is done, pour over the zucchini in the heatproof bowl. Cover the meat with sour cream and grate cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) until the cheese is golden brown. Served 'Layered zucchini' with boiled rice. 

Note: I sometimes fry the zucchini with the rice and then you don’t have to serve it separately.
