Green mango salad

There are several styles of green mango salad, including thai green mango salad, with a mixture of carrots, bean sprouts and others, combined with fish sauce, lime and palm sugar, and served garnished with nuts as a complement.

How to make Green Mango Salad, it's very easy as well as fast.

Serves : 3

Preparation Time : 15 minutes

Ingredients :

• 300g green mango - peeled and julienned)

• 1 carrot - julienned

• 1/2 cup bean sprouts

• 1 birds eye chili - chopped

• 1 green onion - chopped

• 1 tablespoon cilantro - chopped

• 1 tablespoon mint - chopped

• 1 tablespoon Thai basil - chopped

• 1 tablespoon fish sauce

• 1 tablespoon lime juice

• 1 tablespoon palm sugar or sugar

• 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts - chopped, or cashews.

Method :

- Mix the mango, carrot, green onion, mint, chili, bean sprouts, basil, cilantro in a large bowl.

- Mix lime juice, palm sugar or sugar and fish sauce in a bowl.

- Mix the salad toss with the dressing and serve garnished with nuts.

Enjoy the green mango salad as a asian salad complete meal by adding cooked shrimp or chicken.
